I almost got rid of my arm numbness

After a 10+ year hiatus from cycling I tuned up my old Nishiki Colorado and hit the trails and roads for cardio and fresh air. It was great to ride again, but my hands got numb every time I rode. I tried different handlebar and saddle positions but the numbness persisted. The great reviews motivated me to try these argon pens. They are easy to install. I set them to the recommended UP mark position. After two months of skiing, the numbness in my hands was almost completely gone. They take a bit of getting used to because they are so small in diameter - it feels like I'm gripping the bars without grips - all my previous grips were much thicker. They're not very soft either - dense rubber doesn't have much cushioning - but my goal was to get rid of the numbness in my hands, so I won't convince Argon's designers. I usually ride with padded cycling gloves, which add some softness that the grips lack. End caps are optional so I can use a mirrycle end mounted side mirror. So far I am convinced of these handles.
