User Friendly - Reliable- Great Customer Service
It is very reliable, fast and simple to use. It has many features that are useful for any travel agency business.It's user friendly too. The customer support is also great. I have nothing to dislike about it. The only thing i find difficult to understand is the navigation flow. And there is no inbuilt help available for this. If you can solve the above issues, then nstravel will be your best choice. I am using nstravel as an integrated HRMS system. It helps me run my travel agency business more efficiently. It integrates with all our accounting software like Sage 50. It is a great platform to manage employee information and performance.

- This allows them complete freedom without having worries or concerns regarding translation services etc
Cons
- Navigation problems could've been avoided easily if they'd provided proper documentation alongwith detailed tutorials/ guides
- Need lot less clicks when performing certain routine operations
