Lesson learned
Adapters look good but I haven't had a chance to use them yet. Turns out I needed MICRO HDMI to HDMI, not Mini. I didn't know they were different. Not worth sending them back so I'll just keep them if I ever need a mini to HDMI adapter. I'll definitely be watching more closely to see if they ever release a device with nano-HDMI. :)
