Out of the box, the USB ports on the docking station didn't work. This does happen and in itself is not a big problem. However, the normal Revain returns and exchanges process did not apply. I had to wait for a call from "Tech Support" to issue a refund. The caller knew NOTHING about the product, didn't apologize for the difficulties and seemed very suspicious that I was running some kind of scam. He reluctantly agreed to the return, but briefly informed me that the refund would not be processed until the device was received. Good. will you send me a replacement? Answer: No, we don't. I paid a little more and waited a little longer for the product direct from Dell where I can get support.
