I wish I had installed them sooner to realize they wouldn't work with my Shimano 12 speed XT rapid fire shifter. The collar diameter is too large and the rapid fire switch trigger binds/hangs on the grip and collar when shifting. At first I thought there was something wrong with my switch, but no. Simply glued to the handle. Turning the handle doesn't help. You either have to move the shifter outward (where the shift pad overlaps the narrower "palm" part of the grip, or mount the shifter clip in your brake clips. NOT PERFECT. Never had this problem with my ODI Elites. Can sell these on eBay .
