We have a wooden floor and our bed frame is fitted with casters so keeping the bed in place with little movement quickly became a problem. For a year I had to lift the bed up every night before going to bed, and often a few times before, only to have it roll down and give me serious neck problems from the pillow sliding back on the mattress and headboard. . I was looking for solutions and found these bed/furniture stops. They are easy to install even on a heavy bed. I just lifted the corner, put it under the wheel and voila! No more slipping! No more neck pain! I only had to use two of the four I put on the bottom wheels. I put two extra ones on my daughter's bed. It seems crazy that something so simple can make such a difference. But they really did it. They are made out of rubber or something and are very durable and non-slip, at least on the hardwood floors I have mine on. I don't have any other flooring, but I can assume this will work similarly on other flooring.
