My male pug measurements are: Neck: 14" and Chest: 23" Weight: 23 lbs The size I chose: L I didn't find many actual measurements in the reviews so I am Guess between medium and large. My advice: if you have a wide/big boned/fluffy/very soft pug, get a big one. If you have a woman (not in all situations, depending on her size), usually choose a medium. The only thing that worries me is when a pug-sized male goes potty. I think there might be an issue (probably not, but if there is a seam in some part of the fabric then the issue needs a little more care). Overall the jacket is very cute and the velcro is very strong. I am happy with the size and color.
