As you can see from the pictures, there is no English manual or description on this box or other manuals. Fortunately, this is not a very complicated tool. Attach the tool to the tile with the double suction cups, loosen the knobs to fit your bits, then tighten the same knobs and you're done. The suction cups are surprisingly strong, which is great. Once those suckers (no pun intended) are down, they don't move! This will press the tool firmly against the tile and hold the drill bit firmly in place. It's not like it's plastic as it's very hard and hardly flexes. The wheels rotate easily and hold the drill in place while drilling. This is a large product so it will be difficult to drill if you need to drill smaller holes.
