Costs $30: Bakeware

I was very reluctant to spend extra money on this. I'm very glad I did this. Long but good review. The pan is heavy and durable. You pay for what you get! Others say there were recipe instructions that I didn't get. I used a loaf cake and filled it from the 2nd to the very bottom of the base (not the top. Of course it needs room to rise) and I ended up with 3 cakes. I would stop right below the last step. I baked at 325 for 35 minutes. You baked to perfection. I haven't tried them, so I'm not sure if they suck. So I would say bake for 30-32 minutes and then check. I poured oil in the pan and they came out with no problem. The photo of the empty pan was after I took out the cakes. I literally shook the pan just to see if they would move and I could see that they would come out easily without sticking. You can see that the top is a bit tight which makes it look a bit uneven. No big deal, just cut the bottom off so it can sit flat. I haven't frozen them yet. I'll update when I'm done and update the cook times when wet. I am very happy with this purchase.
