I love this product. I have two ferrets at home who love to lie in their hammocks when in a cage. When I received the package I noticed that it came with clasps and already had holes for a loophole, but I had to put a rope in it. Considering how cheap the product is I didn't care, although the string is so cheap I can't imagine why they didn't consider it. On the other hand I love the tight feeling my ferrets love and get from this product it still feels like a hammock because it doesn't have a cardboard bottom so my ferrets will rate it a 5. I rated it a 4 because it required me to lay the rope.
