I like that it has all of my information in one place so there are no loose ends! It's also easy to use when filling out forms or requesting documents from other agencies/companies as well (if needed).

The system does not have an option where you can upload your own pictures but if this could be added then even better!! If they add more features such photos would make things easier since we don't get many requests anymore due too Covid restrictions however still do receive them occasionally which makes life difficult at times - especially during COVID pandemic with social distancing rules etc.- We've been able find everything within our files now without having multiple spreadsheets open each time something needs looking up again & getting info together into 1 document / report instead using different platforms e.g Excel spreadsheet ect..
