Unboxing is The easy way to show everything you get and how it all fits together including camera setup and balancing, it all took about 15 minutes which is not bad given their complexity, the zoom part only took about 5-10 minutes after I I had my bearings. Another nice thing is that the large headroom means you can easily add a mic to your rig and get going. I wanted to do a little research on that before you leave a review. So let's talk about the good and the bad and the ugly speak one.GOOD: This gimbal is a champ, it held the weight and moved like nothing on that, kudos to feiyutech for that, balancing is easy, show me nudes are quite easy. But there are a few parts I liked more than others. First, carbon extension, I have other stabilizers and none of them give you carbon extension. I always had to buy it myself. So it's a very nice touch there. The biggest plus is the Bluetooth wireless controller, which can be added as an extension cord or used as a fully isolated remote control for everything the gimbal has to offer. Other companies include it but increase the price to use it. Not here. On the plus side, the weight isn't too heavy for a gimbal of this size, and the connections and wiring are fairly simple. The battery charge is easy to reach. And the battery life so far has been excellent. I spent a full 5 hours on it once and it had about 1/4 battery left. (Balance is important). I have an ak2000C which is a nice little travel version but the features in between justify the extra size and weight. The motors are smooth and handle my setup with ease (about 5.2 pounds). Just take the time to balance so the motors don't have to work as hard. In addition, the motors lock into place for easy movement and the handlebars are comfortable and manageable. The zoom function is also a big advantage for me. Zooming is smooth, installation was easy (having prepared the instructions) and perfect for getting smooth footage. The Bad: The only negative thing I've noticed so far is the initial zoom setting. If you don't set it to the bottom of the zoom range, it will stop mid-zoom and get stuck. You'll also need to trim the rubber band to fit (discard that idea if you later buy a larger zoom lens without buying another band). Otherwise it's a 10/10 in my book. Ugliness: Just kidding, there is no ugliness here. This thing is just wonderful. So if you are considering a stabilizer in the $500-$700 range, this would be your best bet. I have compared all the others and even have other gimbals. They don't even compare when it counts. you will not regret it.
