Improved standard. at Food & Dish Transport

This thing amazes me! I participate in KCBS BBQ competitions. Pork legs, brisket, ribs and chicken evaporate, so that my glasses fake after a few hours. I've found that large foil pans break under intense pressure, so I've recently started using stainless steel pans to support the foil pans. I wouldn't take anything for my Cambro. You are the standard! Excellent performer and worth the dollar.
