I use it to store pizza dough in my portable pizza oven in the hot summer. Brilliant! I use half pans and I can fit 12 in (can get heavy with that much batter). Highly recommended.

Easy to use. Used foil pans along with stainless steel pans. Smoked brisket. Pour some hot water into the pot about an hour beforehand. Withstands the brisket for 5 hours. Better than trying to put them in a cooler

This thing amazes me! I participate in KCBS BBQ competitions. Pork legs, brisket, ribs and chicken evaporate, so that my glasses fake after a few hours. I've found that large foil pans break under intense pressure, so I've recently started using stainless steel pans to support the foil pans. I wouldn't take anything for my Cambro. You are the standard! Excellent performer and worth the dollar.

This is a very valuable tool that I added to my competition BBQ trailer. It not only keeps meat warm for a long time, but can also function as a refrigerator with an additional ice tray. It also helps in organizing a complex culinary event with multiple pot racks. This is my second purchase. I have found that in my case two cabinets give me more space for larger events.
