Review on ABN Wheel Weight Pliers – Tire Balancing Weights Hammer Tool & Weight Removal Tool for Wheels by Carlos Abood

As far as I can tell these are the cheapest weight pliers I could find but when I first got them they didn't work at all. I had to spend about 10 minutes on a bench grinder to really sharpen the tip to actually cut into a small hole on the wheel weights. Otherwise they would be too thick and blunt to even grab and slip off no matter how you tighten them.
