My 5 year old had so much fun doing this but it took longer than he had patience for. We found if you put it under water briefly it breaks apart more easily, but overall it was a fun activity.

Loved this for my little. He had so much fun hammering away. It did take a long time cuz the tool is so small. But a fun experience and isn't that what we want for our kids? And you get to build the dinosaur after which is so cool!

Took about an hour for my almost 5 year old to get through this. Tons of messy fun.Downside the piece for his leg did break. Be very careful getting them out and putting them together. The dinosaur is plastic and digging it out at times wasn’t super easy to do.

I got this for my six year old. The fit on every part was mediocre at best. We did get it together, but it's very much a "looking at" toy, it falls apart at the lightest touch

I sent this to my nephew as a birthday gift. He absolutely loved it. It can be a little messy but that's part of the fun. Just make sure to put paper down before digging.

My son loved it for Christmas. I should have gotten him two & he loved the part of putting the dinosaur together. I highly recommend

I ordered two sets for my sons (5.5 and 4 years old). Both sets had missing parts. The stegosaurus had an entire left leg missing. The other set had a t-rex and half his face was missing. Needless to say the kids were pretty disappointed. Not buying this again.

I ordered the T-Rex but got the stegosaurus. Luckily my daughter was ok with it so I decided to keep it. It’s a great idea especially. I just wish the "Dino skeleton” looked a little less plastic.

My son has liked dinosaurs toy since he was a child. I gave him this as a birthday present on his 10th birthday. He is very happy. Very pleasantly surprised. This gift is very special to him. Because this is his favorite dinosaur.good quality.Perfect workmanship.

This is a great product!y son has been really into the National Geographic dog kits and I came a cross this one for a good price and thought what the heck let’s give it a try.its no different than the other kits except that I got it for less money! Very satisfied

Overall the product is great. The title is misleading though we were expecting a t-Rex fossil but there was a mammoth inside, which is fine but they send you a kit with a mystery dinosaur. So you might get a t- Rex, but even if you keep buying them you never know what you get which can also be the same as the last one you bought.

The tools are nice but that’s about it. The skeleton won’t stay together when you stand it up. My husband had to super glue it. The description was also a little misleading. This is for one small fossil so the price wasn’t worth it when comparing to other digging fossil kits. I give two stars because my son liked the tools.
