To be honest when I bought it it was for a child and cost less than $200. It is only used for online school and can hardly handle it. Example: Running Microsoft commands and 1 browser tab (IE only) - On a good day, mute/unmute takes about 8 seconds. in S mode: Windows S mode is Microsoft's solution for running Windows on very low-end hardware. This basically locks you down so you can only use apps from the Microsoft Store. You cannot use Chrome or any browser other than IE. This is of course "safer”, but at the expense of convenience. The hardware on this thing is an absolute joke. I say this because it is very difficult to do the simplest things. I've tried everything I can think of to tweak it and there's nothing you can do about something that wasn't even good 10 years ago. Open a browser window and walk the dog, he might have the page loaded when you come back, assuming of course that the page works at all in IE. I've seen this laptop cost up to $300 and I can't understand how they can offer it at this price. look elsewhere At least get something with i3 or ryzen3 and real memory. This laptop will only annoy you.
