I'm pregnant and decorating my kids room with this and my skin smells so good! I took it out of the box and let it air out for a few days before filling it for fear of chemical smells, but it wasn't uncomfortable! I used FIVE standard sized old down pillows to stuff this to the right density and I think I could add more than 2 to get the ottoman's density. If you just want it to hold its shape I wouldn't say it costs less than 4 pillows. I don't recommend buying craft floss, it's so expensive, just use cheap pillows or even rip up some old foam to stuff. The skin is so thick that you will never see or feel the bump.
