I wish I could give this product 3.5 stars but that's not an option. The bad news first: belts are a nightmare. They don't hold the pillow in place and fall off very often. I avoided this by adjusting the tension and then tying the straps. The good news is that the pillow is quite thick even for my back and fits snugly against the spine thus doing what the pillow was designed to do. As others have said, this cushion slides off the chair. My workaround was to put a cushion on the seat of my chair (which I need for my poor old tailbone anyway) and once everything is set it's a life saver. So would I buy it again? Maybe, maybe not. I would probably look for a gel pad rather than foam, and I would look for more durable straps. I don't think it's worth $42, but it's good enough for now.
