I am a vegetarian and try to minimize dairy products which I do not find particularly healthy in large amounts. This powder helps me get more protein and doesn't bind my gastrointestinal system like other protein powders. Of course, it needs to be mixed and flavored with something since it doesn't contain any sweetener (I mix it with plain yogurt, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a sugar-free sweetener like monk fruit or allulose). If you like smoothies I think this will work. work fine too. It tastes just like it is - powdered pumpkin seeds, slightly defatted. But if you want to increase the amount of protein and you don't have any allergens in the protein powder, this is a great product.
