Works great for me - Protein

. I've been using this pumpkin protein drink for a while now and it works great for me. I've had issues with some other protein drinks like the ones with peas. I recommend that you add the other ingredients to the mixture and put it in a blender as it can be a bit chalky on its own. Oat or almond milk, banana or other fruits are excellent. From the blender it turns out creamy and very tasty. Will stick with this protein powder!

Good protein powder, a bit grainy

This is a decent powder for what it is. I was looking for something natural with minimal added processed ingredients so this is a nut and seed protein powder. It doesn't have a strong off-flavor, just a mild seedy flavor. So if you mix it with fruit/sweeteners in a smoothie, you won't taste it too strong. I wouldn't drink that alone with any liquid. It's a bit grainy and doesn't mix well with thinner smoothies, but thicker smoothies should be fine. It collects at the bottom of the cup, so I put

Ideal for vegetarians looking to increase their protein intake

I am a vegetarian and try to minimize dairy products which I do not find particularly healthy in large amounts. This powder helps me get more protein and doesn't bind my gastrointestinal system like other protein powders. Of course, it needs to be mixed and flavored with something since it doesn't contain any sweetener (I mix it with plain yogurt, unsweetened cocoa powder, and a sugar-free sweetener like monk fruit or allulose).
