I like the fact that is easy to use, it integrates with Google Analytics and allows me to segment my traffic into different categories as well as track user intent. The tool sometimes can be slow due to the amount of data you are sending back and forth. I am able to see all my segments easily from one screen. This product has allowed us to take our website searches and turn them into more actionable information. It helps our marketing team understand what we are doing right and where we need to improve.
