Cheaply made with horrible smell

It took a few weeks but when I finally received it and took it out of the box I noticed this horrible smell. Like a very obvious Skunk smell. It spins, but definitely not as easy as I thought. It seems cheaper than I expected based on all the positive reviews I've seen. I was really looking forward to it and am definitely disappointed with the quality. It will do the job but I wouldn't buy it again.
