I use it to play games and listen to music. In games they sound really clear and I hear more details compared to my old headset. The mic can pick up my voice clearly (according to friends) and they don't seem to pick up a lot of background noise, which was a big factor for me as my old headset was very sensitive. I was surprised how light they are and they are not bulky so you can wear them comfortably for a long period of time. They are also good for listening to music. The bass is decent. So overall sound quality makes this headset a worthwhile price point. What I don't like about this headset is the cable. It's very thin and will likely tear over time, especially where it meets the top of the ear cup. I suspect it will break at this point exposing the internal wires with prolonged use and flexing. Cable length is ok, since other headsets have cables that are too long. This headset appears to be a newer product (as of late 2019) from HyperX. Before purchasing this headset, I researched other headsets in this price range. This product didn't have many reviews as it's fairly new so I felt like taking a chance (since other similar headsets have hundreds of reviews). It definitely paid off. This is a fantastic headset at this price point, especially if this is your first gaming headset.
