This 3.5mm keystone adapter works well. As others have noted, it doesn't snap or latch like you're used to with headphone jacks. Besides, I had no problems with his work. However, I had an issue installing Keystone in my 6-port deployment. It fits perfectly on a 3-port insert and snaps in easily. The 6th port has an extra piece of plastic covering the inside of the hole on the back of the insert. This effectively made it impossible to use another keystone adapter alongside it. Luckily I only needed 4 of the 6 ports so I put it next to the blank. I had to cut a small piece of plastic from stock to make it fit so it's all good, well ended I suppose. If I need to use that last port later, I'll run into some problems.
