I've been using this since I've had it. I have bad knees so jumping off a hard surface is not good for me. But with it I can jump and train without hurting my knees. First there was a problem with one of the legs. I thought he didn't have a thread to hook up. I found out that in production they put a rubber leg on the wrong end. The company's customer service department was very accommodating and willing to send me the one part I needed. He could tell me what went wrong. I will say it's heavy so you might need a little help to carry it to the room you need it in before installing it. Setup was quick and easy. I definitely recommend this to everyone
