In production, apparently, they pay special attention to the interchangeability of threads. On two out of 4 chairs, we encountered the following problem: the package contains 8 bolts with inch threads, while the chair itself has assorted bushings installed - some with m8x1.25 threads, others with 5/16 inch threads. Naturally, if you do not use a sledgehammer, it will not be collected. I had to order additional M8 screws (on the market, by the way), black ones with a rounded head are hard to find, so I had to take 5 pieces for 500. Many write that the screws are bad, demonstrating a licked screw, without delving into what is really happening, but apparently they have the same problem. I would like the manufacturer on the line to correct this jamb so that the bushings are not mixed up. It is impossible to get through to the manufacturer itself, you can only call for a store warranty.
