Sad hub saga. - Heavy & Commercial Vehicle Parts

To get rid of that, I'm a former GM technician with over 20 years of experience. So I have a 2012 Buick, it was the worst car I've ever owned. ever owned. Obviously cost savings is more important than building a car that lasts 200,000 miles. Apart from that, this car has only had 6 hub changes. Every hub has been replaced for one reason or another. Since the dealership, we have always had great confidence in our genuine parts, especially the hubs and bearings. Well, I've pretty much found out that when AC Delco sells a $78 hub, they clearly aren't good units. They often showed up rusty, greasy, tarnished etc. It is also very rare for a replacement hub to fail again and as they are difficult to fit on this car I was very disappointed to have an OE hub fail again. what does this have to do with TIMKEN"S? Well after grueling research I found them and started installing them. Bought the first 2, very satisfied. Made in USA, high quality, well fitted bearing. what do you expect hub part was much stronger than the Delcos (my front hubs actually gave out causing the steering wheel to shake a lot) I put them on the front of my Buick and it was like having a new car again.. Now is one of the ac delco replacement rear bearings actually fell apart so of course I bought a TIMKEN to have it fixed thinking it would be the last time this very old hub that AC delco sells came in. You can tell the difference , because the foreign-made bearing has holes in the hub, and the TIMKEN quality has a solid hub, in addition to the lug quality, there are no holes Pretty uncomfortable.
