works perfectly. I found it a cross.

works great. I've found this to be a cross reference number that fits my 2010 Equinox and is cheaper than other part numbers. I also fixed my ABS/Stabilatruck light. FYI, before attempting to replace the hub assembly, take the time to remove the ABS sensor (it is very fragile).

  • Durable Test Results
Cons

Seems to be a good stock

Long in stock/purchase. I bought products for a coal company for 13 years. I have always bought Timken bearings for the coal company for two reasons. sturdy and made in the USA. Well, it's not made in the USA. It may be difficult, but I haven't had enough time to talk about it yet.

Cadillac CTS 3.6 rwd 2008 (rear mounted on both sides)

Done for the first time, installed in about 2 hours, when replacing an OEM hub with high mileage, a slide hammer is a must. The original bushing failed at 170,000 miles, we'll see how long they last. They had many friends using them and all have 100,000+ on these hubs. I'll update later when I remember.

High quality item. on heavy duty tires, wheels and hubs

High quality. Just as good or better than OEM. It didn't have two threaded holes in the base plate to attach the disc to the hub with two small clamps like the OEM part, but these clamps are not essential for functionality. My guess is that the brackets were only used when assembled at the factory to prevent the disc from coming loose during production.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • Can't remember

Not Made in the USA. Seems to be ok so far.

There have been many questions about these Timken hub assemblies by country of manufacture. It wasn't listed, but multiple feedback and question comments said Timken made them in the US. It's not relevant. I ordered two hubs to replace both rear hubs on my 2014 Chevy Impala. One was made in South Korea and the other in China and packaged differently. This was a big disappointment as there are much cheaper Chinese bearings available and I have tried to avoid this as that is why I have to do this

Pros
  • New

Sad hub saga. - Heavy & Commercial Vehicle Parts

To get rid of that, I'm a former GM technician with over 20 years of experience. So I have a 2012 Buick, it was the worst car I've ever owned. ever owned. Obviously cost savings is more important than building a car that lasts 200,000 miles. Apart from that, this car has only had 6 hub changes. Every hub has been replaced for one reason or another. Since the dealership, we have always had great confidence in our genuine parts, especially the hubs and bearings. Well, I've pretty much found out…
