High quality item. on heavy duty tires, wheels and hubs

High quality. Just as good or better than OEM. It didn't have two threaded holes in the base plate to attach the disc to the hub with two small clamps like the OEM part, but these clamps are not essential for functionality. My guess is that the brackets were only used when assembled at the factory to prevent the disc from coming loose during production.
