The concept of this ratchet wrench is great. It's just what I need when it's time to take my bike saddles off. The problem is the ratchet on the wrench slips when tightening and loosening the bolts so I sent it back. The company offered to send me a replacement so I can see if it works properly. Given the price of the key, it should work the first time. Amended Rating: I am changing my original rating by increasing my overall rating to 4 stars as the company promptly provided me with a replacement for the faulty T-key and the replacement works as expected. So I am very happy with the great customer service as well as the product which appears to be working well. I understand that there will always be a defective item, but the best companies are the ones that respond promptly and fix the problem with ease.
