Low power consumption and hard to reach switch
Bought this to carry my dog in the car with my dog. It works, so from me 2. There is airflow, but it's enough to barely move the air, it's unlikely to really cool. The switch is on the side of the drawer so you have to take it off to turn it on, and the off position is in the middle of the three settings so you have to look at it to know it's off. Bad design. Unfortunately, there aren't many outboard fans out there, so there's no competition to force it to improve.
