I choose this USB-C dock mainly for the matte smooth aluminum color and design that matches my HP Envy laptop in the same color and sleek design. It arrived in an 8x4 box. It opens in a form-fitting box packed in a frost pouch to protect it from scratches and damage. It's pretty easy. It has all the USB you will ever need, just don't forget it at home when you take your laptop to different places lol. It's also thin, but you can tell it's good quality because it's not light. You can tell that there is a good wire, it is not made of plastic and has a good load. It's a little pricey to buy outright but it has everything you need and the design to match my laptop was worth it and also very small and compact. Buying every single USB for every socket for my laptop would cost more and would be gross lol.
