I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to expand their PC connectivity. I currently have a Macbook and it only has two Type-C ports. With this product I can connect USB and HDMI. Like a number of other USB-C hubs, this one has a variety of ports at a great price. I was specifically looking for one with 2 HDMI, audio and ethernet ports which seemed to cover each other. However, I had to send it back because the 2 HDMI ports are too close together for standard HDMI cables. I've tried every HDMI cable I have and couldn't find the right combination. I tried cheaper options to connect 2 external monitors to my laptop in extended display mode. I tried different converters and splitters but had connection problems or very bad picture quality etc. I received this product and tried it straight away and it works great on my windows laptop. I have tried at least 5 Dell branded USB-C docks including TH15, TB16, TB19, even the new WD19TB and they are all unreliable. The video or network connection is lost, starts to clap, or is simply not visible. Finding the right combination of video ports to use with two external monitors for my laptop is almost impossible.
