Review on NewerTech AdaptaDrive Drive Converter Bracket by Brent Rosecrans

This adapter is a quality product and well worth the money. I recently upgraded my Apple 5K iMac 27" late 2015 model. I had to replace the retina screen and while the display was off I also upgraded my hard drive. This adapter worked great. No additional thermal sensors or anything else are required. Steps: I removed the old 3.5" drive, moved the small black drive mounting screws from the old drive to the NewerTech AdaptaDrive bracket, inserted the new SSD/bracket and secured the drive to it. (Screws come with the bracket) and then screwed the whole assembly back into the iMac hardware brackets where the old drive was. This took about 15 minutes. and boom, I'm back in business. iMac works great. Great adaptor. Highly recommended!
