When your gums hurt or bleed, your mouth hurts.

It's not good if your gums hurt, but it's supposed to massage your gums. The water comes out very hard and sporadically. It shoots straight up, so you can even use it on the bottom row teeth. You can accidentally splash water on your face or clothes while traveling, so I wouldn't recommend it. I really want my money back!
