I've used this remanufactured ink before and it worked fine but this time I got burned. The black cartridge worked well but not for long as it was half empty. And the color cartridge did not work at all. I only opened it recently as I usually buy ink in advance so I don't have downtime when re-ordering. Now it doesn't work and the return window has closed and I'm out of color ink. Not cool. If the Company sells a defective product, it must replace that product IF it is discovered. SEE PHOTO. I thought it was a problem when I saw his condition. I suppose the person who did such a crappy job would have figured it out too. Buyer Warning.
