I really like these things, they give me great posture. I know others have given measurements of length, but I had to sift through various posts to get a clear idea, so I thought I'd write them all down here. The distance from the end of the handlebar tips is just over 22.5 inches. The length of the grip before each "significant" twist is about 8 inches. The center of the rod length before any "significant bend" is approximately 5.25 inches. The height when the handlebars are inverted and resting on the handlebar to mid-way is approximately 3.75 inches. All of this is approximate.
