Don't do it. for my opinion
I purchased this after my friend raved about PEScience and I wanted to replace my amino leans. Over the past 10 days I have felt like my health is deteriorating. It didn't dawn on my until this morning that this might be the reason why I've felt so crappy since it has been the only daily change I've made recently. I have been extremely tired and have felt nauseous. I will be returning this item. Very unhappy.
