I love these headphones so much. The cable does not get tangled, the sound quality is excellent. The right earbud stopped working 2 months after purchase. It was intermittent, worked most of the time, but eventually died on me. I contacted the company through Amazon (as the return window was closed) and they responded quickly! They asked me to email their direct website and they will send me a new set. I had my doubts, to say the least. But my new headphones arrived, they said I don't need to return a broken pair and they emailed to make sure I get the new headphones. Good customer service means A LOT these days. I am officially a lifetime customer of Imilitis. Great product and great company!
