Cartridge didn't work with my printer. My Canon MX492 printer is one of the printers that Valuetoner considers compatible, but it doesn't work for me. There is a troubleshooter in the product manual, I tried 5 times but it just didn't work. The error indicator (orange in the picture below right) lights up and my printer does not print. So I have to return the item. (Updated June 8, 2018) A few days after I wrote the above review, a Valuetoner customer service representative warmly contacted me to resolve the issue, they sent me a second set. Cartridge free and I tried it on my Canon printer, this time it worked straight away! No warning, no yellow light. I don't know why the 1st didn't work and the 2nd only worked, but I can say that they work really hard to make the customer happy. Even my initial experience wasn't great but they have great customer service and I feel compelled to update my original review.
