Review on Farberware Go Healthy Nonstick Cookware Pots 🥘 and Pans Set 14 Piece Aqua - QuiltSmart Technology by Josefina Rodriguez

There are so many things in this set, even kitchen utensils. I like the small egg pan because it reduces the amount of cooking spray or oil needed since it's so small. I love the deep pan it comes with because it's the perfect depth. I find no waffle structure more useful or advantageous than a flat bottom. It's actually more of an obstacle because the oil doesn't coat evenly, especially with a frying pan. I used a Dutch Oven to make chicken and potato soup this weekend. I could only put 6 chicken breasts in it but no potatoes or anything so I had to cook them separately. After the chicken was shredded and the potatoes were mostly cooked, I divided them into portions and added some to this pot to simmer together over low heat so their flavors came together. I wiped down my kitchen and put things away for 10 minutes while the chicken, potatoes and broth simmered on the stove for 3 minutes. I looked around a few times to check and everything looked fine. Suddenly I heard loud steam rising from the brazier, and there was a smell of smoke and burning. The Dutch Oven was brown on the rim and bottom. Which is weird because it didn't even bubble. I turned off the burner and had to clean everything and switched everything over to my regular Dutch Oven. The brown seemed to really want to stick and caked up quickly and needed a good soak and brush out. I think the design of the lid trapped too much steam and the potato starch started seeping to the bottom of the lid along with the steam. It cooled so quickly that it began to darken and smoke as it accumulated. I've never had this problem with any other pot, frying pan, roaster, skillet, etc. It was weird. For this reason I cannot give 5 stars. It was just a huge mess to clean up. Haven't used all of the other pans yet and will upgrade if needed if I use them.
