Commercial use. Mostly 5 wheel towing, but it also needs to be able to have all three balls and it does it well. Although it's rated at 5 inches, visually it doesn't feel as big as I expected. However I think if I got the 7 inch version it would be too low so it was the right choice. We've only been using it for a few months so the only concern is durability. I don't know if the holes lengthen over time or if the pins wear out. The time will show. Although great so far.
