👖 Comfortable Style: Levi's Boys' 511 Slim Fit Flex Stretch Jeans Review

My youngest has sensory processing issues. It's hard to find the right pair of jeans that he likes but doesn't cause a nervous breakdown. The elastic waistband is a lifesaver because buttons are sometimes a problem for him. They fit well but are also well tailored to his needs.

I love the elastic at the waist, it's a large elastic sewn to the inside of the pants, but it's very well made and unobtrusive. The pants were a bit large for my son but that is to be expected, they are a size 12 and he usually wears a size smaller. The cut was straight rather than narrow, the bottom not tapering at all. The wash of the jeans is dark, wash with the same colors in any case.

These are great jeans. Very durable and thick. They are dark blue and look good. They fit my son perfectly and were a great length. Exactly what I was looking for.

Bought these for my tall slim 10 year old. They are very well made and the fabric feels super strong. The elastic waistband adds extra comfort that my super active kids love and the good thing is there aren't any buttons on the waistband that they DON'T like.

This is really nothing for my little green bean son. But we bought him 2 pairs in two different colors - black and blue. They sent me 2 black ones. SMX. He loves black jeans so we'll probably keep them, but it would be nice if he had a blue pair for other outfits too. Disappointing!

These are great looking jeans. They are very dark blue and have a bright red LEVIS logo on the inside of the belt. An elastic waistband keeps the jeans in place. The material consists of 9% cotton, 1% elastane and is moderately elastic.

Levis have always been, and apparently still are, quality jeans. From the waistband to the seams, you can feel the difference between these jeans and discount jeans. They look very beautiful and are in line with the latest fashion. I would recommend them to anyone who dresses their kids and wants them to look beautiful.

I have a black wash and it fits my baby almost perfectly. It was actually a bit longer on the leg (which it never is!) but looked great. The jeans have been washed a few times but are still dark black and fit well. Stretch denim feels a little softer than 100% cotton jeans, but we haven't had any fraying issues so far.

Lightweight denim contains Lycra fabric which makes it comfortable but breaks the integrity of the fabric. I think the good side is that as kids jeans they can very well outgrow them before it gets that far. An elastic waistband is actually a good idea, as it is still fitted but not gathered and the variable height makes it perfect for a growing child.

Has no elastic at the waist and is very roomy for my son who is a stocky kid. The quality of the jeans and wash is good. They just look really big.

My boy is not slim, he has more muscular thighs and calves, but he doesn't like baggy pants. We just ordered a size up and with the stretch they fit perfectly! They are meant to serve for years.

These jeans are well sewn and have stretch fabric at the waist to allow room for growth (you can't see the elastic but the fabric around the waistband has stretch - see picture). The jeans are very durable and can withstand the typical heavy play of 10-12 year olds. The jeans smell a bit like paint or chemicals at first, but I've noticed that with other jeans I've bought. After several washes, the smell is imperceptible. Good price and great product!

These boys jeans are definitely a step up from the usual - great dark wash, nice fit, quality finish. The belt is lovely - it's a thick red strap with a bit of stretch, which is a welcome update to the adjustable buttons and elasticated waist ties you see more often. The jean is 1% elastane so it gives a bit, but I don't find the cut to be particularly skinny. Maybe I'm just used to my son wearing skinny jeans, but they seem pretty baggy to me. All in all a great pair of jeans!

A great color for both everyday wear and dressing. The flexible stretch is good for comfort, especially for our boys who prefer jogging pants to denim or dress pants. They were a bit long for our little 12 year old twins but they are growing up.

I don't know what manufacturing process makes these jeans smell so horribly, they smell like a tire shop or something, and when I washed them, my whole pile of laundry smelled like a tire shop. Levi's aren't usually like that, so I can only surmise that something needs to be fixed in the elastic waistband or the manufacturing process of these particular blue jeans to avoid that massive amount of chemicals that smell so bad. came out smelly, I washed the other clothes separately again and then…
