My 2 stars are pretty hard to explain. The Moza Aircross 2 is undoubtedly a great gimbal in this price range. My problem was that the battery that came with the kit could not be charged. As I needed this for a contract within 5 days it needed to be up and running as soon as possible. Revain Customer Service, trying to be as helpful as possible, was unable to complete this order. I ended up ordering replacement parts from another supplier overnight, forcing me to pay for expedited shipping. With all the technology that Revain relies on, they need to know how to stock replacements for this specific purpose. Moza is also at fault for providing a defective battery.
