Get another one, this one doesn't work

This one doesn't fog up at all. squirts a thin stream of oil no matter what I do. When I washed it for the first time, water got into the part where the straw connects to the top and it has NOT dried out. I tried shaking it out, laying it in the sun and doing whatever I could think of to help it dry, but there were a few tiny drips that wouldn't dry. In the end (after two and a half weeks of trying to let it dry I just filled it with oil to try and use but it's useless. I'd take another one.
