Review on πŸ’» SilverStone PS14B-Eg Precision Series ATX & Micro-ATX Computer Case with Tempered Glass by John Snook

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Cheap but effective

Was looking for a cheap case, got what I was looking for. Pros: - Quiet, even when the fans are running at full speed. To be fair, some of this may have to do with the fans I installed. YMMV tempered glass looks fantastic, especially on indoor LED installations. Front I/O with my full ATX board. Not sure what the other reviews are struggling with, but this worked for my setup - a single optical drive slot is a rare find. Even in more expensive cases, there are either too many or none at all. Space for two HDDs or four(?) SSDs (not sure as I used an M.2 SSD), there are no other HDD placement options. The drive bay is also awkwardly located in the PSU shroud, making cable routing even more difficult. There is no instruction. manual, but you really only need the front panel removal instructions to install the fans. Experienced builders should generally have no problems. - (Minor) no front transparency for front mounted RGB, if you don't need it it doesn't matter. Generally a good case. Depending on your needs, installation may require a bit of extra effort, but if value for money is your main concern, then this case is a solid choice.
