Simple but reliable harness system

Blue isn't my favorite but I used a stain and fixed it. The hooks are difficult to mount on the Zeiss 10x42 Victory SF binoculars, but the straps cover them well. Of all the tethers that exist, I find this to be one of the easiest designs to use, yet secure in practice.
