We were hopeful but also skeptical that it would help maintain the pool temperature BUT it did work! We leave the cover on all the time outside of cleaning and when we are using it. Between last year when we didn’t have a cover and this year the temperature difference was mind blowing. The water temp is now maintained at nearly 70 degrees (it doesn’t get hotter than 80 ish most days and the pool gets 5 hours direct sun) so we are actually using the pool much more than last year when the water was always in the 50s sans cover.
