I have a 2016 Ram 1500 Longhorn with the liner installed. This pole is perfect. Once you know exactly how to open, tighten, adjust and loosen it, great! It folds up stably and can be easily placed anywhere on the pickup truck. The only thing I don't know yet is durability. Update A few months after I received this charging pole, it broke. This works well for light items, but that's about it. I was transporting paint in the back of my truck, and several five-gallon buckets went into the bar. They only slipped 10 inches, but that was enough to bend the bar and render it unusable. Hope that helps.
